Corporate Commercial Solicitor – Our clients, known locally for their sterling reputation within the Hampshire community are now in need of a further Corporate Commercial Solicitor too join them. The firm has experienced significant growth in its corporate and commercial work over the past few years and are looking for an individual to take on a high quality caseload within the department. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious, forward thinking individual looking to take the step up.

About the Role  
The Corporate & Commercial department deals with transactions of various a size and complexity which is greater than would be expected of a firm of this size and has a client base reflective of this. You will be playing a key role in the development of the department and client base. The department deals with a broad mix of work including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, and data protection. The client base is varied but the firm has specialist expertise in the hospitality, media and residential lettings and block management sectors.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for the right individual, with at least 5 years experience to join their dynamic and progressive Corporate & Commercial team. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to maintain relationships and develop and market the business.
