Litigation Solicitor – This highly regarded regional law firm with an outstanding reputation is now looking for a further litigation lawyer, either Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their dispute resolution team at their West Kent office.

About the Role
Your role will be to manage a busy caseload of mixed civil litigated cases with an emphasis on contentious employment. The team act on a range of matters, including, property, planning, contract, consumer rights and employment disputes.

Candidate Requirements
They are ideally looking for a candidate with 1-2 years’ experience of managing a similar caseload within a top regional practice. You will get the supervision you need to do a great job for their clients, but with the scope to be able to manage to be able to address matters efficiently whilst assisting Partners on more complex cases. Therefore, good organisation and communication amongst the team are essential.
