This role offers the opportunity to work with a global leader in commercial real estate services to be based out of the West Midlands. With their Advisory and Transactional team expanding, my client is seeking a motivated transactionally minded Senior Surveyor, or Associate to join them in delivering exceptional services to operational property clients across leisure, hotels, pubs etc. We are looking for a proactive, creative agency focused individual to manage exciting projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create solutions for operational property working across Agency, Investment and Development.
• Collaborate effectively with other service lines, external agents, and suppliers to deliver high-quality service in line with the agreed scope.
• Ensure delivery teams adhere to the correct processes and templates.
• Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders through verbal and written updates and reports.
• Actively participate in client projects.
• Monitor and ensure business and legal compliance, working closely with the client's legal counsel.
• Report on project progress against established processes and schedules.
• Meet client, individual, and team targets.
• Use portfolio data to analyse client activity and identify revenue opportunities.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting, as well as Quarterly Business Reviews.

Core Skills & Experience:

• Degree-level qualification in Real Estate.
• MRICS qualification is advantageous
• Commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and knowledge of market dynamics.
• Client development, networking and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of the real estate industry and current market trends.
• Experience in transaction management, agency, or project management roles.
• Experience or desire to work in operational real estate
