Probate Lawyer – Our client, a highly accredited practice and one of the few, niche Family and Probate specialists in Kent have asked us to find them a further Probate specialist, either Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy team.

About the Role
This is a busy role based within their Wills & Probate Department. You will be dealing with matters such as probate, administration of estate, Deputyship applications, management of affairs, declaration of trust, wills and Lasting Power of Attorney.

Candidate Requirements
The complexity of the caseload calls for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years relevant PQE, ideally gained from a busy private client department. You will need to show a good team ethos and be capable of fitting in and working amongst a tight knit department. Strong networking abilities and client care skills are essential.
